Mr. Mak started practicing legal works as an Articled Clerk in 1986
and was admitted to be a Solicitor of Hong Kong in 1988. He had
practiced law in Hong Kong till 1994 as an assistant solicitor / associate in a
local law firm and further studied a Master Law Degree Course in University of
Queensland in 1995. Mr. Mak started his law practice as a partner in
Messrs. Richard Tai & Co. since 1994. Until 2002 he established
his own law firm and practiced as a sole proprietor of Messrs. B. Mak & Co.

(i) Civil litigation (including Employees’ Compensation Cases and Personal Injuries, Medical Negligence & Fatal Accident Claims);
(ii) Criminal litigation;
(iii) Conveyancing, Tenancy, Probate and general commercial practice.
