Law field experience and skill / Introduction
Daniel trained and qualified as a solicitor at B. Mak & Co., specialising in personal injuries and employees’ compensation cases, some of which went to trial in both the District and High Courts with successful judgments. He also advised several limited companies on day-to-day legal issues.
Daniel then worked as an associate and then senior associate in two other international firms, advising healthcare professionals and medical indemnity providers on medical negligence claims as well as regulatory proceedings, before returning to B. Mak & Co. as a Senior Consultant in 2024 to focus on advising plaintiffs in personal injuries and employees’ compensation claims.
